Chinowth & Cohen Realtors welcomes Cheryl Fregin to their Bartlesville office. Cheryl was born in Bartlesville, and after living in Las Vegas for several years, returned to Bartlesville to raise her family. Before deciding to obtain her real estate license in 2015, Cheryl’s career included 25 years in banking, mortgage lending and real estate market analysis. She brings her knowledge about the mortgage and appraisal process, and her decades of customer service skills to her real estate clients today.

A full-time agent, Cheryl is familiar with residential listings in Owasso, Bartlesville and its surrounding areas. She has received production recognition each of her five years in real estate, and honored by her peers in 2017 for Cultural Excellence.

Cheryl attributes her success to treating her clients with honesty and integrity. She is committed to obtaining the best outcome possible and dedicated to communicating promptly with her buyers and sellers every step of their transaction. She loves working with first time home buyers, as well as upsizing growing families and downsizers too.

In her leisure time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
